Mechanics Lab:
The Knee Edition
Strong knees aren’t luck. They’re built.
For runners, lifters, and active city athletes who want knees that hold up to training, stairs, and years ahead.
Due to inclement weather, we've rescheduled this Lab:
Date: Saturday, February 14th
Time: 10:30am or 12:00pm EST
Location: MVMT Physical Therapy
35 W 35th St, #301
Come show your knees some LOVE!

What To Expect
If your knees feel stiff, unpredictable, or like they’re always one bad session away from flaring up, this lab is for you.
In this 75–90 minute in-person session at MVMT Physical Therapy, we’ll break down how knees actually work under load, why pain tends to linger even when scans look “normal,” and how to train for durability instead of constantly negotiating with discomfort.
This isn’t rehab. It’s smarter movement for bodies with mileage.
A clear understanding of why knee pain shows up in runners, CrossFitters, and gym-goers
Simple movement strategies to improve strength, control, and confidence
Training adjustments that protect knees without dialing back intensity
Insight into when advanced tools like Shockwave Therapy can help stubborn tendon or joint issues
Take-home drills you can use immediately
