How long will my treatment sessions be?

Your first visit will be 1 hour with your Doctor of Physical Therapy. Follow-up sessions are between 30-45 minutes. Please plan to arrive early in order to change clothes and get situated. We do our best to start and end on time!

What is Telehealth?

Telehealth is the delivery of Physical Therapy services via a video call. Since the COVID-19 outbreak, this has become a viable and popular choice for patients who are required to stay at home. Virtual visits are 30 minutes and include all of the non-manual elements of a regular visit: re-assessment of your condition, range of motion, progression and demonstration of new exercises, and management of your Home Exercise Program. What You'll Need: internet connection (WiFi), either a computer or a smartphone with a microphone and speaker, and a web browser or the Google Meet app.

What is a Hybrid Visit?

Have the best of both worlds! Hybrid Visits combine in-person clinical visits with Telehealth visits. We've designed this to reduce contact during COVID-19, yet still get the benefits of working with us in the clinic. Start feeling better in a way that works for you. Today I have no more pain in my shoulders and I can do all of my normal activities again. I am so grateful!
